WARRANTY: Ambassador is guaranteed from defects due to workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty is for the replacement of defective materials only. All materials in question should be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number and be sent freight prepaid to (call for address) for inspection. Returned materials will only be accepted with an RA number. Upon completion of repairs, your display will ship materials via prepaid ground service.
